All services are done on an Apple MacBook Pro running the latest commercially-available (i.e., no beta software) version of Mac OS X. Work is executed using a mixture of Adobe InDesign, Filemaker Pro, and Adobe Acrobat Professional, among others (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, etc.).
Note again that I do not provide Standard Form preparation services in Microsoft Word, but I can help with this. Let me konw.
Data is backed up throughout the day on an hourly basis via OS X's Time Machine to an onsite drive from Other World Computing. This backup is primarily to guard against technology failure. Further, my Mac is cloned at least once daily using Bombich Software's Carbon Copy Cloner to drives from Other World Computing. Drives are rotated off-site at least once a week to guard against loss of data to catastrophe or theft.
I have access to additional Macs on-site should my primary machine fail; I can boot from the on-site backup and be back up in running in about 10 minutes.
